Refund policy

  • If the buyer agreed to the extra time limit, then the buyer should wait until the deadline. ( we won’t be taking any complaints regarding this delay)
  • You must be able to provide proof of purchase as an invoice copy.
Final sale items are not eligible for a refund

2. Returning the file/document:

Any file that has already been handover to the buyer can’t be taken back unless the buyer demands a revision. ( revisions may vary per person) The buyer can’t get a refund in this situation.

When to expect the refund

The refund will be processed in your account within 7 working days.
